Hostel Description
They call us 'The Rolls Royce amongst Prague's hostels!'
Our hostel is situated IN THE CENTER OF PRAGUE
/ DISTRICT 2/ in a historic building with great facilities. It takes just one stop by metro or 15 minutes on foot to THE OLD TOWN SQUARE - CITY CENTER.
THE U Melounu hostel - At the Watermelon is a 'cheap hotel' open all year round with 24 HOUR reception. Our staff will try to help you with all your questions about Prague / we can order for you by phone shuttle or taxi / cab/ back to the airport/.
We provide accommodation for individuals backpackers, schools, groups, couples or families.
The hostel has - private rooms WITH OWN bathroom (2-6 beds), WITH COMMON bathroom (2-6 beds), rooms
in apartments (two separate rooms are sharing one bathroom) and DORMS. All rooms are nice and comfortable with renovated clean bathrooms.
BREAKFAST is included in the price, served
from 8 A.M. - 11 A.M.
Lounge room with cable TV is at the breakfast room.

Wifi access in lobby for free!
The hostel has only one floor and right in the middle
is a beautiful GARDEN - courtyard.

Our historical neighbourhood is preserved under the laws
of Prague's historical monument conservation UNESCO and
it is a safe and quiet part of town. On Ke Karlovu street you will find Antonin Dvorak's museum.
By the way A.EINSTEIN spent plenty of time at one faculty which is around the corner from us - it was during his stay
in Prague 1911.
