Check-ins and full payment (including local tourist tax) take place at Hotel MINERVA & NETTUNO which is located in Lista di Spagna 230 Cannaregio, 2-min walking far from Santa Lucia Railway Station; our staff will check you in, provide you with a city map and give you directions to get to the Backpackers Inn Venice 3512 Cann; also note we don't have a 24/7 reception and are able to check you in only from 7.00am to 21.00pm
