My name is Jack.
Welcome to my Hostel. After traveling a lot all around Europe and the rest of the world I decided to start my own hostel. Jacks Hostel is a small hostel right near the center of Vienna directly at the Underground station Thaliastreet. It�s just 15 min to get the most interesting places of the biggest city in Austria using public transport. I've got first of all cozy dorms with 6-12 beds, a nice common room and a big kitchen. You can get a breakfast in the morning, use free internet and my staff can tell you a lot about nice places to visit in Vienna.

You can check in from 1 pm every day.
If you arrive earlier than 1 pm you can leave your bags in the luggage room for free.
Check-Out
Latest check-out-time is 11am.
But if you leave Vienna later that day you can also leave your bags in the luggage room for free.
Cancellation period:
Booking can be cancelled for free till 48 hours at 6:00 pm (hostel time) before the arrival day. In case of late cancellation 100% of the cost for the first night will be charged.
Reception times:
I have a small hostel. So the reception times are from 7.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you will arrive outside the reception times you will get the security code for the door that is valid on the day of your arrival per mail. Check-In procedure will be done the next morning.
