Hostel Description
Finally, a top notch masterpiece of a hostel, right in the middle of the centre of the heart of Zakopane! But what's the deal with this strange town I've never heard of (you may or may not be asking)??? Well, without doubt the winter sports capital of Poland, this small but outlandishly vibrant, stylish, and charming minilopolis in the spectacular Tatra Mountains is becoming Poland's worst kept secret! And what better way to discover it than sleeping in style just minutes walk from the closest slopes (with super-cheap skiing in winter and, well, free hiking in summer)!
For those of you yet to become acquainted with the Flamingo name, allow me introduce the original version:
Flamingo Hostel in Krakow, famous from such years as:
2006, when it shot to number 1 worldwide on the HostelWorld monthly ratings in June, and stayed there for 3 of the next 4 months;
2007, nothing quite as glamorous as 2006 - just number 1 hostel in the WORLD, as voted by You!!!
And now at long last Flamingo's little sister has sprung onto the scene, and our main concern here is that it could actually outshine its older sibling in Krakow�
FLAMINGO HOSTEL IN ZAKOPANE has 2 floors (no elevator ) which includes 11 rooms ( dorms and privates) , all in all 33 places in the heart of Zakopane.

***On the first floor there�are also:
the�comfortable�common room with TV, DVDs, books to hire, board games and the fully equipped modern �kitchen, accessable for guests for the whole day, as well as two balkonies and the hall where are two computers with the Internet access and head stets�( free of charge )
SECOND FLOOR - the apartment part
2 x double rooms shared bathroom
2x twin private shared bathroom
***On the second floor there are also: the very comfy living room with a fire place, fully equipped modern kitchen accessable for guests for the whole day. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers situated in the common area.
Of course we're offering everything you'd expect from such: an outstandingly brilliant hostel
� a delicious contidential breakfast so you can't afford not to eat it; a lavishly equipped kitchens for those too lazy to crawl a couple of yards to the nearest restaurant/caf�/pub; a truly brilliant common rooms to nurse the skiers sprained ankles and the drinkers strained brains; stunningly clean bathrooms with the hottest hots and coldest colds this side of the Himalayas; and of course beds! Beds, beds, oh what beautiful beds!

Oh, and back to the location for a second. We flamingos live on Krupowki Street (Crew-poofky) which is THE main street in Zakopane. More of an outdoor mall than a street, it is dotted with cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, outdoor markets, and now Zakopane's (soon to be the world's!) best hostel!
If you think 1 night will be enough in the Zakopane Flamingo, then book 1 night � but try to have a few days up your sleeve, you may find it very hard to leave!
