This object is located between famous park forest Marjan from one side and the sea from the other one, and it's among few of the nest location in this world famous city. It is just 10 min of walk from Diocletian palace (which is under UNESCO protection), 1700 years old monument build by roman emperor.
Many beautiful beaches are in the range of few miles.
The building is just five years old, so it's almost new, modern arhitechure, nice rooms, new furniture, balcony, restaurant, caffe, room with internet access, easy access for disabled persons, football and basketball court.
Everything's just shines, you can feel the great atmosphere that rays out this place.
