Hostel Description
100 metres from 'Keleti' railway station, 5 minutes walk from 'Arena Plaza' -the biggest shopping center in Hungary- and 10 minutes walk to Blaha Lujza ter (downtown area), this nice and small hostel is situated on the 3rd floor of a 19th century newly renovated residential building, with a 24-hours open supermarket on the ground floor.
Free and safe parking place for cars nearby (500 metres away). We have also parking place for bicycles.
The hostel is in a large apartment and offers rooms with double bed, twin beds, triples, quads and dorms with 6 and 7 beds, a well furnished kitchen for self-catering, Laundry facilities, Free Wi-Fi Internet connection in all the rooms, Satellite TV and a common room with one free to use computer, unlimited free use of coffee, tea, chocolate, plus Indian spices and cooking oil -in case you want to cook. It is a very quiet and relaxing hostel with a friendly, open minded and helpful English, Italian and Spanish speaking staff. The hostel welcomes everyone -with no discrimination for sexual orientation, race, nationality, etc.
There are individual lockers, a flexible check-out time and a not curfew policy. We have all the basic amenities required to enjoy a decent and relaxed stay far from home.
NOTES.
1) The payment is expected to be in cash at arrival and it can be in euros or its equivalent in Hungarian currency -buying rate for euros.
2) Be cautious to have the right address given here, in case you travel with an outdated guide book :-)
3) Please note that we do not have 24-hour reception desk. So, please be accurate as possible when you mention your arrival time. In case of delays or earlier arrivals it would be appreciated to get a message or call informing us about the changes. Thanks!
