- Our big brother, Milla's House, has private rooms from 2 to 4 people. Please search under the 'guest house' section on this website for availability and rates.
We do not accept check-ins from 23.00 to 07.00 am
Yellow House is located in a real nightlife area of Roma!!!! There are many discos open every weekend and stay open late. There is in fact one just below us (closed from june to 15th september). This means that for young people who like to party or stay up late on weekends it's wonderfull, although it's not a quiet place to stay with us on weekends in until all june
Located in an area very comfortable and close to the Metro Stop 'Garbatella' on the blue line, only 10 minutes via metro from the Colosseum. Yellow House is within walking distance of Basilica di San Paolo, the 3rd university of Rome, the Tiber River and more.
And to the bars and clubs for all the party people who choose to stay with us.
The apartment is in a building that was originally a factory, adding greatly to the character of the house. It consists of 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a terrace where our guests can have breakfast or spend a very nice time during the day away from the chaos of Rome.
The nearest metro stop is 'Garbatella' on the blue line.
Reservation/Cancellation policy:
1) Payment is in cash (Euro only) upon arrival, we do not accept credit cards
2) If you do not give us 72 hours notice (3 days) of cancellation by e-mail we will unfortunately have to debit your card.
3) When you arrive you need to pay for all the days you have booked
NOTE VERY IMPORTANT:
Check in time is from 8 am to 11 pm.
If you arrive after 11 pm need to keep the trasfert from airpor to yellow house minimun price euro 60 for 2 persons
Outside of these hours you will need to arrange a time with us.
We do not accept check-ins from 01.00 to 06.00
Please note before you book:
We need the correct arrival time for you to stay at our home. we are not at home all day!!! If you are due to arrive later you must contact us by telephone or e-mail after you make your booking to arrange check-in.
Extra services such as pick-up and laundry services are not included in the price.
If you like a private bathroom look on guesthouse 'Casa di Gio'
Attention: we recomand to everybody have problem for sleeping to no booking in the week end and holidays
