Hostel Description
The hostel boat 'Eastern Comfort', moored between two very lively districts close to the centre of town, looks forward to welcoming you onboard with its modern, luxurious atmosphere which is unique to Berlin! Through the portholes of our 2nd class cabins, , you can see and hear the rippling of the river 'Spree', the main river running through Berlin. Most of 2nd class cabins are doubles, but there are also single, tripe and four-bed rooms. All 2nd class cabins have their own toilet/shower. Opposite to the 'Western Comfort' Boat, all cabins with shared shower and toilettes.
For those of you who prefer even more comfort, we offer 1st class cabins with single and double person capacity
The boat is equipped with a central heating system in every cabin, to ensure comfort during colder times of the year.
NEW: "Western Comfort" the new boat is moored on the opposite, western riverside, in Kreuzberg, West-Berlin. You check in (and check out) at "Eastern Comfort" and walk 250 m over the most beautiful bridge of Berlin to get your cabin on Western Comfort,
There are double and triple bed cabins. The shared community bathrooms with showers and toillets are centrally located on the upper deck;

CABINS "Eastern Comfort":
1st class: large double-bed cabins with a modern bathroom (see picture> category "a" and "b") 2nd class: double cabins also have their own bathrooms and 'french'-beds (125wide), the three-bed rooms have one bunk bed and a single bed, and four.-bed rooms (see picture> category "c", "d", "f" )
have two bunkbeds and a private bathroom.

Our new hostelboat "Western Comfort" is moored on the opposite side of the river. You check in (and check out) at "Eastern Comfort" and walk over the beautiful bridge to get your cabin on "Western Comfort"
Note: All facilities like reception, breakfast, internet, laundry service are on "Eastern Comfort.
CABINS "Western Comfort"
We offer double and triple bed cabins. Shared bathrooms and showers are centrally located on the upper deck; there are no en-suite-cabins. (see picture> category "h", "e" )
For security reasons, children under 6 years of age, non- swimmers and pets are not allowed on board.
